IM GONNA WIIIIIIIIN.

Hello. So I ate/drank a ton of crap-o-la in 2009. Thank goodness for the new year and new goals. After the wonderful players reception and binge drinking of NYE I weighed in at a lovely 128.5. Fantastic.

But things are looking up. I have decided to give up meat and some other animal products. My first challenge was the players reception and it wasn't that I wanted to eat it, it was simply that there wasn't much else to eat. Luckily there was fruit and some beans, bread, and coleslaw. I dont really foresee it being a problem and even more of a challenge to me. You know I like competition.

Upcoming is a 15k (9+miles) race in January and a half marathon (13 miles) in February. I hope to be able to do both. Things have to change though. I like to think I eat pretty well at school. Maybe because life is so hectic or I cook for myself and am too poor to go out. Hopefully 2010 is good to all of us and with this we can support each other and get healthy. I worry about the ones I love - we need to get healthy or we could end up with some health issues that we dont want or need!
